<em>Tetris</em> is a brand new unique movie coming to Apple TV+, the iPhone maker’s streaming service, and if the primary trailer for it’s any indication, it seems to be like a good time.
Launched yesterday, Tetris begins with the traditional Europe tune, “The Last Countdown,” which then aptly transitions to Korobeiniki, the primary theme of Tetris (you recognize the one). The trailer then showcases how Taron Egerton’s character is deadset on bringing Tetris to everyone after taking part in it as soon as. Unable to get falling tetrominos out of his head, Egerton’s character heads to the Soviet Union to persuade the sport’s creator that he could make him a millionaire.

As you’ll be able to see, Tetris seems to be nice – humorous, suspenseful, dramatic, and a seemingly nice retelling of how the “biggest sport ever made” made its technique to our palms by way of the NES and Recreation Boy.
Tetris is directed by Jon S. Baird and written by Noah Pink. It begins streaming on Apple TV+ on March 31.
